Tom is the founder and Managing Director of JTJ Group, an MRINetwork Affiliate. He brings extensive recruiting and human resource development experience to our team. He has over 15 years of recruiting experience and has worked for non-profit, banking and telecommunications companies. In 1997, he was recognized by the Chairman and CEO of a Fortune 500 company for his unique and creative solutions to their sales staffing needs.
